Samuel A. Persaud, Esq.
Samuel A. Persaud graduated with high honors and received his B.A. in Accounting from Florida International University in 1987. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992, and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1993.
Mr. Persaud has served as the senior accountant with a public accounting firm and practices in the areas of: Commercial Litigation; Community Association Law; Creditorís Rights Law; Real Estate; and Estate Planning.
Mr. Persaud has written numerous articles and contributed to several Community Association newsletters and publications. Mr. Persaud is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Coral Gables Bar Association.
Mr. Persaud is also the past President of the Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce.
Lissette Santiago
Reef Title is managed by Lissette Santiago. Lissette Santiago holds the position of Office Manager for RTC.
Lissette Santiago has been the Office Manager for Persaud & Decker since May of 1999, and in that capacity has managed the eight (8) employee law firm. Her responsibilities include managing the Accounting and Real Estate departments.
Most importantly, Lissette has been responsible for and has personally administered hundreds of Real Estate transactions, including residential and complex commercial Real Estate closings. Her organizational and communication skills, coupled with her ability to solve problems and effectively deal with clients, makes her the ideal person to over-see the day-to-day affairs of RTC.
Prior to her employment with Persaud & Decker, Lissette was previously employed by the law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, et al., as a Legal Secretary.
Lissette will be supported by a staff and have access to attorneys to handle any and all problems that may arise. RTCís goal is to facilitate closings and make deals happen.
